Ed Kelly, President, ECS

  President Ed Kelly has been in the contract and temporary staffing industry for over ten years. In December of 2000, Ed purchased the assets of Employment Contractor Services, LLC from family members and formed Employment Contractor Services, Inc.

He has many years experience in contract law, negotiation and dispute resolution, project financing, staffing insurance and co-employment issues.  

Ed attained his BA from St. Bonaventure University in 1995, and his law degree from Syracuse University in 1998.
