Who Uses ECS?

ECS handles the contract and temporary assignments for many different types of staffing and recruiting organizations.  Our most common clients are identified below. 

• Individual Recruiters.  ECS works with many recruiters who work from home. Most of our individual recruiter clients focus on direct placement staffing for a core group of clients.  When their clients ask them if they can handle contract employment, they invariably are unable to support them.  ECS helps individual recruiters to be a full-service staffing source for their clients.  
   

• Start Ups.  Newly formed staffing companies can greatly benefit from ECS contract staffing support.  Starting a company and building a client base is extremely time-consuming and capital intensive.  ECS can assist with the contract staffing portion of a start up company to help provide stable cash flows to fund growth. 
   

• Mid-Sized Regional Staffing Companies.  Companies seeking greater coverage throughout the US work with ECS.  Many mid-sized staffing firms are not set up to do business in the States where their clients may ask them to provide contract work.  By working with ECS, it is simple to handle contract staffing in States where the firm does not currently operate.
   

• Recruiting Networks and Splits.  Affiliated staffing companies who share candidate information, job boards, or job orders from clients on a direct placement basis can add contract staffing to their service capability.  ECS has facilitated split placements between affiliated recruiters on hundreds of projects.  We are experienced in acting as the central source for profit distribution on a contract assignment, according to the terms negotiated between the companies.
