With no exclusive commitment, we rely solely on our service quality for repeat business.  Your company is free to use ECS for specific projects only, and is not bound to work with ECS on future engagements.    

Full Profit Paid - And You Don't Guarantee Client Payment.
ECS provides 100% advanced profit to our recruiting clients in the same week contractors are paid, and assumes collection risk in the event of a client insolvency or bankruptcy. *Factoring companies and other payroll funding companies will pursue you for reimbursement if your client defaults.  

Diplomatic Client Relations.
Some companies tend to pester clients for invoice payment as soon as an invoice is overdue, and they often do not even consult you first.  ECS always contacts our recruiter client before any steps are made to attain invoice payments from clients.  We do not pester clients for payment, because we know that is counterproductive and can damage your relationship. 

Simple and Straightforward Rates.  
Our rates are simple and the same in every State.  We do not try to pass on our internal payroll costs to recruiters.  Our job is to manage payroll costs, not yours.
