Our goal is to optimize core competencies:
- Recruiters. ECS does not recruit personnel for client job assignments. The core competency of recruiting is locating talent for clients, not managing the contract employment cycle, invoicing, financing, payroll, or HR compliance. ECS provides those solutions for recruiters, allowing them to focus on exactly what they do best.
- Employers. The core competency of employers is utilizing their contract labor workforce to contain cost while staying in compliance. ECS provides professional payrolling and consultant management services for personnel recruited by the client’s internal HR department in a private environment with no job competition.
