WHO IS ECS?   Employment Contractor Services, Inc. is a contract and temporary staffing support company focusing specifically on assisting recruiting organizations with contract staffing assignments. 

ECS handles millions of dollars of contracting revenue each year in support of our staffing clients nationwide.  ECS operates as a back-office employer of contractors located by our staffing clients and placed on assignment at your company.  ECS handles all project financing, invoicing, insurance, benefits and employment-related functions during the temporary period.   

HOW IT WORKS.   When you and our recruiting partner have located a candidate for your project, rates are negotiated, an agreement is signed, and then the project begins.  ECS employs the contractor during the assignment, offers benefits and processes payroll, and invoices your company on an hourly basis for services provided by the contractor.  Payment direction is then made to ECS.
