Employment Contractor Services, Inc. is a privately held, multi-State temporary staffing company focusing specifically on supporting small and mid-sized recruiting firms with their contract staffing arrangements. 

Formed in 2000 by Ed Kelly, ECS handles millions of dollars of contracting revenue each year in the primary spaces of information technology, accounting/finance, and clerical support positions. 

ECS seeks growth through establishing partnerships with recruiting firms in need of financial, legal, and administrative assistance to expand their service capability to their clients by offering contract labor.
