6. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, were the top three social media candidate sources used by recruiters..
7. 97.3% of staffers polled used LinkedIn for recruiting.
8. 82% of staffing agency executives planned to add staff to their business in 2013, an increase of almost 3% over 2012.
9. Increasingly, recruiters focused on improving candidate experience in order to attract and retain better talent.
10. The average recruiter is interrupted up to 50 times a day.
