Establish New Policies
Use the information gathered to create new company policies that help your company evade getting into the same situation again. Put these new rules in writing and share them with your entire company to keep everyone in-the-know. You can also refer to them to take disciplinary action down the road, if necessary.
Provide Training
Ensure your employees have a solid understanding of the new policies and their importance by requiring everyone to complete a training session on them. This is the most effective way to teach your employees what you expect of them, so they know exactly how to behave.
